Great location and service, plus the room was spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, and while the breakfast offers both Western and Chinese options, it's quite basic – but that's understandable given the affordable price. There are panda decorations, which makes sense for Chengdu; you can't really be in Chengdu without pandas, can you!

If you're coming to Chengdu, this is the place to stay! It's convenient for everything, a taxi to Jiuyan Bridge is just the starting fare. There are also metro and bus stations nearby, lots of great food, and the service is warm and welcoming, making for a worry-free stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in front of Chunxi Road, with Kuanzhai Ancient Street behind it, and Tianfu Square and a subway station right next door. Transportation is incredibly convenient. The service is also very warm and genuinely good. Definitely worth a thumbs-up!

This was my first time visiting Chengdu with my parents and children, and this hotel perfectly met my needs in terms of both location and room layout. The suite had two large beds, which was very convenient, and it even came with a bathtub, bath liners, and bath salts. After a long day of walking, a soak in the tub was incredibly relaxing. Tianfu Square is right downstairs, and Chunxi Road is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The Metro Line 1 and 2 are also very easily accessible. There's a delicious Laoma Tihua restaurant and a noodle shop downstairs. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, but the dishes are the same every day. The cake is always red velvet, and the fruits and vegetables like corn, sweet potato, greens, watermelon, cantaloupe, and cherry tomatoes never change. If you stay for several days in a row, it definitely gets repetitive. The hotel staff, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or with the concierge, were all very enthusiastic and actively engaged with us, recommending local specialties. My only concern is that they constantly have to ask guests for good reviews, which I feel is a bit unfair to them. I think hotel management should focus on improving their service quality to genuinely earn praise from guests, rather than putting that pressure on their frontline staff.

A special thanks to the veteran brother who helped push our luggage all the way to our room from the hotel entrance and assisted with any issues we had – he was incredibly enthusiastic. Also, thanks to the restaurant manager (the short-haired lady) who provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. On the downside: the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, which isn't ideal for applying makeup. The hairdryer was an old model with very low airflow, which didn't match the hotel's caliber.

The location is great, right next to Tianfu Square and not far from the subway station. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the room amenities are also quite good. They even use robots to deliver takeout to your room! Just a heads-up, when navigating, it's easy to get directed into the mall, but the hotel entrance is actually on Binlong Street. Also, lower floor rooms might face the neighboring building's rooftop air conditioning units, which can be noisy. I'd recommend opting for a higher floor.

The breakfast offered a good variety, including bread, tofu pudding, yogurt, coffee, and freshly made noodles and rice noodles. However, to be honest, the hotel's decor is a bit dated, and the cleanliness wasn't great. The shower floor was a bit slimy, and a contact lens I'd taken out the day before was still there, not cleaned up. This was quite different from other 5-star hotels I've stayed at.

During my stay, the hotel's security service really impressed me. From directing vehicles to nighttime patrols, the security staff were not only professional and dedicated but also always smiling, proactively greeting guests, and helping with luggage. Their 24-hour presence and warmth made me, a solo traveler, feel incredibly safe and cared for. It truly combined both 'safety' and 'warmth'.
