Upon arrival, your spouse questioned our deposit collection, citing that other hotels do not require deposits. We collect deposits according to platform regulations, which you do not accept; you also requested a refund according to the platform's refund policy, which you still disagreed with. You seem unable to accept anything that doesn't meet your expectations, and your spouse even became agitated at the front desk. The room drawer latches, which are typically designed to be slightly loose, were singled out as a problem. It's clear that the root of this negative review is the deposit issue. Our hotel is an older property, and the facilities show signs of age; we have been making every effort to maintain them. If you want a completely new hotel without a deposit, we suggest you budget more and choose a newly opened hotel. We regret that we cannot meet all your special requests. We wish you all the best.
