Ruiting Zhudao Hotel

Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The rooms are quite spacious, probably around 30 square meters. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including freshly cooked noodles, which my family especially enjoyed. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the security guard even helped with our luggage – truly excellent service and well-trained. The hotel's location is easy to find, close to the subway station, and there's a shopping mall nearby, which my friends visited. Parking is also convenient! Most importantly, we forgot our child's smartwatch in the room when checking out, and shortly after we left, a hotel staff member brought it to us at the intersection. We were truly grateful!

The hotel has good value for money. The breakfast is rich and includes Chinese and Western breakfasts. It is suitable for a family of three to go out and is affordable. There is a hot pot restaurant downstairs. You don’t have to go far to meet friends. The transportation is convenient and you can get to the subway station in just a few minutes. The hotel is next to the river and you can take a walk in the evening.

The location is great, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, close to supermarkets and buses, and not far from the night market. I'm very satisfied with everything. Parking, service attitude, breakfast, and room settings are all very good. It can be said that the only flaw is the carpet in the room. It is recommended to replace or clean it.

If the hotel was not fully booked for New Year's Eve, I would not have chosen to stay in this hotel. As soon as I walked in, it felt like a motel. The front desk service was not very thoughtful and they always had a stern face, as if they owed millions. The same was true for the room. The straps of the bathrobe were almost broken. The room was not cleaned properly and there were hairs on the bed. I will never come here again.

非常不錯，安靜衞生服務周到。入住辦理快捷，入住過程中需要的東西，打電話告知總枱後，很快就送到了房間。
