very pretty renovated hotel, in great location easy for cab to pick up and drop off. thanks for the free upgrade and the room layout is good with a small living with a projector

Very good location. You're are surrounded by foods and shopping. The front desk staff are very nice, kind and friendly. The housekeeping did an amazing job, the room is tidy and always clean when I get back. Housekeeping always greet me with a smile and ask if I need anything. I really appreciate their warm friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Chengdu.

The location is superb, 5 min to metro stations, near to convenient stores and restaurants. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nice and they even provide free afternoon tea and soup for supper. The hotel is very clean and as it was low season, they even upgraded our rooms. The only disappointment is the ventilation - even though i have booked a non-smoking family suites, we can still smell the cigarettes smoke in our room.
