As far as the hotel conditions and cleanliness, I was left… 😳🥴. However, what is undesirable for me may be acceptable to others so I’ll just include photos in the hopes that they may help you determine for yourself. Other than that, the location is great and the staff is very responsive and helpful.

The room was clean and tidy, and despite being in a central location, it was quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, and Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road walking street are also just a few minutes away. The hotel also gave us a lovely little吉祥 (auspicious) charm, which was such a thoughtful touch! 🥰🥰

Excellent location, just a short walk from Chunxi Road subway station, nestled in the Wan Sheng Street alley. It's super close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li for shopping, and great for snapping a photo with the climbing panda. The staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. The room has an older, wooden style, but it's quite spacious and roomy, with a convenient wet and dry separation in the bathroom. There's no view from the window, just the residential alley. The amenities are a bit dated, nothing smart or modern. My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer's fan speed is very, very weak.

The surrounding area is incredibly convenient with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and souvenir shops. The room was also very comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The front desk service was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, surrounded by amazing food options – you can't go wrong no matter what you pick. We had heavy rain during our stay, so our planned subway trips turned into taxi rides, but the hotel isn't too far from the subway station, about 600 meters. The only disappointing experience, which wasn't the hotel's fault, was discovering that Didi drivers in Chengdu will temporarily increase prices and rip off customers during heavy rain. Just a heads-up for anyone traveling to Chengdu and planning to use Didi.
