The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu

Huge thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading me to an executive room with an even better view! The environment and hygiene were top-notch. Parking is free, and it's about a 30-minute walk to Chunxi Road. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even had adorable panda cappuccino! 🐼☕

I came to Chengdu with my classmate this time. Since we're not yet adults, I was a bit worried about checking in, but it turns out I was completely overthinking it. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. Instead of being dismissive because of our age, they were very considerate of our feelings throughout, and it felt really good to be treated with such respect. The city view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a super wide vista. Looking out the window at night, the city's splendor was laid out before us. Every picture we took was like a professional shot, and we spent ages taking photos by the window. Of course, as a well-established five-star hotel that's been open for some years, some of the facilities do feel a little dated compared to those trendy new hotels that just opened. However, this didn't affect the overall stay at all. The bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The minor flaws don't detract from the overall quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly felt the expected standards and warmth of the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you to all the Ritz-Carlton staff! (｡･ω･｡)つ🌷

The service was excellent, and the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu offers incredible value for money. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room initially, but they immediately moved me to another room, which made my stay very enjoyable. The food in the Executive Club was also excellent.

Located in Qingyang District, the transportation is very convenient. The hotel has an old money, vintage style which is very comfortable. The service attitude is excellent, warm and attentive. I even forgot something, and they mailed it back to me.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Although it's been open for many years and some of the facilities are a bit old, they are complete. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Upgraded to an executive suite, the environment and service were both perfect. Plus, I could check out late at 1 PM. The breakfast was plentiful, and I even had the best coffee of my life.

The rooms, breakfast, and service all met Ritz-Carlton standards. However, the surrounding area was a bit rundown and chaotic, and the elevators were slow.
