The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. There's a mall downstairs and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel's hygiene is good, and the service is outstanding.

Convenient location, clean room. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage mattress in the room. Arriving late for a business trip, I was able to relax with a massage and sleep soundly. The pillows were very comfortable too. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a wide variety of options. Overall, a great stay.

Traveling with family, we stayed at Ascott Raffles City and loved the apartment-style room – it felt just like home. The room was clean and spacious, and having a kitchen and a washer/dryer was incredibly practical when traveling with kids. The mall downstairs and easy subway access to attractions were a huge plus. The front desk staff were very attentive, and there was even a small play area for children, which kept our little one very happy.

Compared to a regular hotel, a serviced apartment truly shines. The room is spacious, featuring a separate living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer-dryer combo – perfect for keeping clothes clean on longer trips. The room itself is spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are warm, polite, and respond promptly to requests. The apartment also boasts a heated swimming pool and a gym, ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day of travel. It's perfectly suited for both short getaways and layovers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!

I brought my family to Chengdu for a short trip this time. The location is very convenient, just one subway stop away from Sichuan University. The Raffles City next to the hotel has a wide array of shopping and dining options. One of the most important things on this trip was cycling along the Chengdu Greenway, which is about 10km away – perfect for a warm-up. A pleasant surprise was that the hotel allows bikes in the room, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the room had a washing machine and dryer, complete with detergent, so I could wash my cycling gear right after a ride. The bathtub in the room was also great for soothing post-cycling fatigue. All in all, it's a perfect hotel for cyclists.

This hotel is located in the heart of Chengdu, directly across from the Provincial Sports Center. They offer a variety of room types, and each floor has a limited number of rooms, so even if you're at the very end of the hallway, it's a quick walk. Downstairs, you'll find Raffles City with plenty of dining options, and a Hema Fresh supermarket on the second basement level. Directly across Renmin South Road, there's a subway station, making it convenient to catch lines 1 and 4. The front desk staff are friendly and polite, housekeeping is thorough and attentive, and the bellhops proactively help with luggage. The breakfast staff are always smiling, and they're quick to replenish food items.
