Look it is a way out of city centre BUT it is walkable to SKP/Global Centre. AND DiDis are reasonable to get to the town centre. Choose your adventure - you CA NOT get this much lux in the town centre for this price

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Residence Chengdu. The location is very convenient, with a coffee shop and a 7-Eleven just nearby, and the SPK shopping mall within easy walking distance. The rooms are excellent — spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The washing machine in the room is especially handy for longer stays, and the sofa makes it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is also good, with a nice selection to start the day. The residence offers easy access to the city center while being located in a quiet neighborhood, which creates a perfect balance between convenience and comfort. Overall, a great place to stay in Chengdu, especially for longer visits.
