Chengdu Heritage Hotel (Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road)

This hotel is conveniently located near Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it incredibly easy to get around. What's even more surprising is finding such a quiet, elegant, and uniquely themed hotel, with a charming antique feel, hidden right in the bustling commercial area of Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li in Chengdu. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful service; they proactively offered us a room upgrade and even helped us with our luggage to our room – truly top-notch service. A special highlight of this hotel is the century-old pomelo tree growing in its courtyard. Both day and night, it emits a rich, captivating floral fragrance that is absolutely refreshing and enchanting, leaving a lasting impression. I'll definitely be back to stay here on my next visit to Chengdu.

An absolutely amazing experience! First off, the hotel itself is stunning – truly a feast for the eyes, and every corner is picture-perfect. The service was exceptional; every single staff member was incredibly warm and enthusiastic ❤️🔥, and they even gave us little gifts! The location is fantastic too. Right outside, you'll find all sorts of local delicacies like 'rabbit heads' and 'pig's trotters,' and a vibrant street food scene that never sleeps. It's super convenient to get anywhere from here. I'll definitely be staying here again! ᖰ⌯'▾'⌯ᖳ The complimentary afternoon tea was also excellent and so relaxing.

This hotel, a beautifully renovated Qing Dynasty mansion, left a lasting impression. As soon as we entered, my child was enchanted by the adorable pandas, while we adults lingered in the courtyard under the tall pomelo trees, enjoying the delightful fragrance of their blossoms. The banana trees were also a beautiful sight. The slide in the family room was a huge hit with my child, who went up to the loft and slid down countless times. The toiletries were very sophisticated and had a lovely scent. The breakfast quality was also excellent. The neighboring restaurant, owned by the same person, offered a 10% discount and served delicious food. The only drawback was the typical old house soundproofing, as our neighbors were quite noisy late at night. However, the butler quickly intervened and discreetly reminded them. The hotel even offered a partial cash refund as an apology. The surrounding area is also fantastic. There's a lively local market right next door, and a short walk leads to various hot pot restaurants, douhua (tofu pudding) shops, and even a charming panda post office. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Chengdu.
