The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and tidy, and the windows were soundproofed really well – you couldn't hear the train station announcements at all once they were closed.

Do NOT book this hotel, it's incredibly unsanitary!!! 1. The chair was covered in a large patch of mold, which makes me question the overall cleanliness. 2. The showerhead had some sticky gunk on it that wouldn't come off. The water pressure was also extremely low, and the water just dribbled out straight down even when the showerhead was angled. 3. The hairdryer was ancient. The one in the room was broken, and the replacement they sent smelled like burning after just two minutes of use. 4. The wardrobe in the room had a terrible smell. 5. The shampoo in the bathroom was so watered down it was practically just water; completely unusable. 6. The soundproofing was awful. You could hear every step in the hallway as if the door wasn't even closed. The facilities were yellowed and old, probably hadn't been renovated in years. The bedside lamp was filthy. I only stayed for seven hours to catch an early train. I didn't have time to argue with the hotel that night, but seriously, do NOT stay here! There's a reason for all the bad reviews. When I first called Ctrip to complain, they told me the hotel offered me some kind of discount or perk for a future stay. How could I ever stay there again when it was this disgusting? The second time I called, they only compensated me 29.5 yuan, even though I paid 149 yuan for one night. Are they trying to brush me off? The hotel even claimed they didn't see the mold. If their eyes are useless, they should donate them. They're clearly lying through their teeth to avoid paying out more. I hope their whole family has bad luck and never makes money for the rest of their lives. If it weren't right next to the train station, this place would have gone out of business ages ago.

The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to the East Railway Station. Even the cheapest room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu. Highly recommend!

The shower pressure was incredibly low, barely a trickle. And it was my first time seeing a shower gel and shampoo combined into one bottle...

Single room for solo traveller. Very good room with nice views over Chengdu East Railway Station. Great for an overnight stay.

We have pleasant stay here. Easy to reach Chendu East Railway Station (walking distance). We can leave our luggages there (it is free! Just ask the staff and they are willing to help) for one night to go to Jiuzhaigao via high speed train. We checked out at 5.30am and hassle free. Staff is always there at the concierge and lobby.

The hotel has the best view and location just right on top of Hongyadong's scenic view. 50 meters from elevator to the 1st floor of Hongyadong. The manager at the Reception is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast are good and they also have free tea-time at the dining, free snacks and water bottles at the reception area. Minimalist decor with high-tech features in the room. Highly recommended hotel in Chongqing.

I love it here thought a bit hard to find cause of the person at the lobby not really helpful.but when i arrived at the actual lobby of the hotel we been treated good and the room is good and spacious with washing machine,microwave and fridge this is good ! Will make me come back for good and i can keep my luggage also after check in so i can roam around before my next train! Me like it easy to go everywhere

Nice location, very near to the Chengdu East station. Some challenges happened during the check in process

this is our second stay in this hotel, room and location is excellent

1. The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to the East Square of Chengdu East High-Speed Railway Station, about a ten-minute walk. 2. Breakfast is served on the first floor from 6 AM to 10 AM. It's suitable for those who prefer lighter flavors, offering congee, bread, steamed buns, side dishes, fried rice, etc., but there's no noodle bar. 3. The facilities are complete, though the showerhead in the bathroom was a bit leaky. 4. The front desk service was also very good.
