This hotel is great, right across from Shuangliu Airport. It's super convenient for car rentals and returns. The hotel facilities are good, and the breakfast is excellent. The Chinese restaurant for dinner is fantastic, and guests even get a discount, which is a nice touch. Parking is also very easy. I didn't get to swim this time but will definitely try it next time. Highly recommended!

My in-laws booked this hotel when they went to the US, and I've stayed here once before during a domestic layover. This is my second time here. The room has a view of the airplanes, and the airport shuttle service is very convenient. Since my flight to Hong Kong was delayed by three hours due to the airline, I added the hotel breakfast, which was a great experience. It's definitely worth staying here.

I arrived quite late, and I'm so grateful for the warm service from Tang and Tian at the front desk. They even thoughtfully asked if I needed a late check-out, such attention to detail! The hotel has also updated its toiletries; the White Moss scent is really nice. Even though it's a dupe for a high-end brand, the fragrance is pretty spot on. Most importantly, it's very close to the terminal, and I slept wonderfully. I'll definitely be back often.

The stay was excellent. The room had great natural light and was very clean. The staff were friendly and the amenities were comprehensive. It's conveniently located for dining and transportation, yet still quiet. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommend.

This hotel is perfect for those arriving late or leaving early, as it's directly across from Terminal 1, just a 5-minute walk away. They also have a shuttle bus that runs every half hour and on the hour. The hotel itself is quite classy, with spacious rooms and well-maintained facilities, and the breakfast spread is incredibly generous. If you're looking to explore the city, it's very convenient – a 6-stop subway ride on Line 10 will get you to Wuhou Temple.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. They even provided boarding passes, which saved a lot of time. I'll definitely stay here again.

I was traveling to Chengdu and had a super early flight, so I booked this hotel. It's close to the airport and the room was really spacious. For two people, it's excellent value for money.

I encountered a few issues during my stay, which I'll outline below. The pros are the convenient location, being very close to the airport. The problems, however, include the front desk staff's poor service attitude – they weren't very welcoming. Also, the headboard was quite dirty (see picture below) and needs a good cleaning. And around 5 AM, the gardeners downstairs got very noisy. They seemed to be external workers, unaware of the noise they were making. Doesn't anyone from the hotel manage this? Overall, the hotel's facilities (hardware) are still good, but there's a lot of room for improvement in the service (software). Personally, I feel it's not as good as it used to be.

Traveling from Lhasa to Hefei, I stayed at this hotel during my layover, and both the service and hotel quality exceeded my expectations. Even though the hotel is very close to the airport, they provided a dedicated shuttle service using a Toyota Coaster, which is a significant upgrade from the small vans other hotels use. The room was a good size, and the toiletries, towels, and sheets were all excellent, clean, and hygienic. I had an early flight the next day and didn't have time for breakfast, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared bread, milk, and other items for me to take. I have neck issues and can't use soft pillows, so the staff promptly exchanged it for a firm one, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to staff members Xiao Ting and Xiao He; their service was warm, polite, and incredibly responsive. They even gave us a welcome gift, which I loved, and it really made me feel even more positive about the hotel.
