Facilities: Disposable toilet seat covers need to be paid for. There's no hairdryer in the room, and the air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted. Hygiene: The hygiene is absolutely appalling. There were even bed bugs in the room, and I got bitten about eight or nine times all over my body. When I contacted the staff, they kept passing the buck and being irresponsible, even trying to blame the customer. These bugs are only found in bed frames, and I found the bites, red and swollen, right after checking out and getting on the high-speed train. So, is the high-speed train's hygiene bad then? Awful experience. Environment: Average. Service: The after-sales service is extremely poor. They deflect questions, their work efficiency is low, and it took a long time to get a response. They even refused to cover medical expenses and offered no compensation whatsoever.

Seriously, this place is awful! The excellent service attitude is all talk. First, they said they upgraded our room, but when we got upstairs, it was exactly the same as what we booked! Whatever, but then we entered the room and found two big footprints on the toilet lid. We called a staff member to look, and she said it wasn't her problem. Later, we had to get the front desk manager to switch us to another room, which was even worse! There was a stain from vomit in front of the bedside table and lots of stains on the carpet. This is just too much!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making getting around incredibly convenient, and it's very close to the metro station. The room itself was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated with plenty of natural light. However, the bedding was quite poor; the mattress sagged, and the sheets felt low quality.

The room was cozy, clean, and tidy. We even got a free room upgrade, and the front desk service was excellent.

Had a really comfortable stay at the Celebrity Upper Hotel! 👍👍👍 I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu, highly recommend it! It was clean and hygienic, and the big bed was so cozy and comfortable! Thumbs up!

Traveling to this city with my boyfriend, I specifically chose this hotel, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is fantastic, with convenient transportation nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring we weren't disturbed at all, giving us a super peaceful space to relax. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were both quick, and any questions we had were promptly addressed. You could really feel their thoughtfulness in every detail. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit!

The environment here is indeed lovely; you can take a stroll by the river downstairs if you have some free time. The room was also very clean with no strange odors, and the service was super warm and welcoming. Overall, it's pretty good!

Once a grand old five-star, now it's mostly nostalgia, barely scraping by with three stars. The room size is decent, but the overall decor is dated, and the facilities are noticeably worn and poorly maintained. The comfort level just doesn't meet today's standards. Service is average, nothing particularly bad, but it completely lacks the sophistication and attentiveness expected of a five-star hotel. The location and brand are still there, but the hardware and overall experience are indeed old and worn out. Value for money is so-so, so don't set your expectations too high.

The hotel environment is great, the room is also very clean with no strange smells, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Highly recommended.
