Competent and pleasant service staff. All the comforts are thought out to the smallest detail. I have been staying Atour hotels for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location is great for an overnight at the nearby airport, but a bit distant from the rest of Chengdu. However, I had an issue with COVID testing for international travel, and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help me sort out my testing and make sure I was able to make my flights with no problem! Rooms were very comfortable and there was a free laundry service onsite! Great for business/airport travel.

The room was clean and the service was attentive. The young man helped me connect to the WiFi, and Yang Ling also helped me with the luggage. He was very enthusiastic. From the phone call at the front desk before arriving in the highly anti-anti-Tibetan area late at night, to the considerate care at the back, I felt warm!

The hotel is located about a 15-minute drive from Shuangliu Airport. The surrounding area is bustling, and takeout is very convenient. The front desk of the hotel is responsible for delivering the airport to the airport, using the company Didi. The bedding is comfortable and the room is large. Due to the flight at night, the front desk provided free late check-out. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Chengdu

I chose this Atour Hotel because it is close to Shuangliu Airport, has large rooms, and has airport pick-up and drop-off services. After I went there, I found that it was very convenient to eat nearby and the service was very good. It was too early in the morning and I didn't have time to eat, so the girl at the front desk thoughtfully gave me milk and bread.

Because I had to pick up the hotel in the evening and leave for Leshan the next day, I chose Atour Airport Hotel after reading good reviews on Ctrip. After checking in, I felt that this hotel was very cost-effective, with large rooms, new facilities, good layout, rich breakfast, and convenient parking. The service was particularly enthusiastic. Because the flight was delayed, I had to drive to the airport to pick him up early in the morning. The waiter was also very enthusiastic and helped me get out of the car. They also added a free breakfast the next day and gave me four bottles of water when I checked out. This stay was comfortable, convenient and enjoyable👍

因為第二天需要趕早班機，於是選擇了機場附近的酒店，因為媽媽喜歡亞朵的枕頭，所以雙流機場亞朵成了首選。辦理入住非常順利，在客人聚集的時候前台小哥也是有條不紊一一回復，細緻問詢，主動端來温熱的茶水。房價不高，所以沒有對房間抱有太大期待，然鵝進門的時候父母同時哇了一聲，乾淨整潔，清幽怡人的環境讓我們的疲憊瞬間鬆弛了。衞生細節到位，佈局也很合理，淋浴房水壓很大，備品也是熟悉的清新味道。亞朵的小程序也很貼心，反應及時。四周吃飯也很方便，生活氣息濃郁，比想象中熱鬧。晚上出去吃飯帶回來一個西瓜，問前台有沒有勺子可以借用，小姑娘一溜小跑幫忙去取，笑意盈盈。退房的時候會主動問詢住宿體驗並提供專業送機服務，流程絲滑，下次來成都還會選擇這家酒店的。

這次和女朋友來入住真的太驚喜了！一進房間就被乾淨整潔的環境驚艷到，房間很大，衞生細節做得特別到位，讓人瞬間就有了安心入住的感覺。更讓我們感動的是酒店的服務，因為入住當天是女朋友生日，提前和酒店溝通能否幫忙佈置房間，酒店前台立即就答應了，幫我佈置的房間也很温馨，整個房間充滿了生日的浪漫氛圍。不僅如此，酒店前台還送了精緻的生日蛋糕還有一束鮮花，前台敲響房門那一刻真的被驚喜到了，她們笑着送上祝福，那一刻女朋友眼裡全是感動的光芒，一直説這是她過得最開心的生日。從衞生到服務，每一個細節都能感受到酒店的用心和專業，必須給五星好評，以後來這邊還會選擇住這裏！

酒店地理位置很好，雙流機場到酒店打車13元，附近有地鐵站，樓下有吃早飯，步行到龍井生活廣場吃飯購物也方便，一早逛了附近的望錦農貿市場，枇杷價格非常便宜，酒店房間寬敞舒服，隔音效果很好，床品舒服，前台工作人員辦理入住態度很好，有問必答，退房後可以免費送機場，愉快的一次入住體驗。
