Chengdu shuxi luxury hotel

The lady in charge was very helpful. She permitted us to store our bags in her office after we checked out. The location was convenient for us as it is between the main city attractions and the giant panda centre.

The workers are very nice , kind , attentive , caring, polite amd really quick in all what they handle

I enjoyed the rool view and the customer service since they answered every question i asked

The room was spacious and clean enough. There is just dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe. The woman who checked us in was super helpful and friendly. Communication is over WeChat or the automatic translation over the Trip.com Chat. We extended our stay and asked to stay in the same room and to get new toilet paper. It was confirmed and in the evening we had the trash taken out, new toilet paper, new toothbrush and even a rack. Since there was no place to hang your clothes. (No dryer) We didn't want to hang it up in the bathroom since the ventilator there really didn't do his job. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the bed is comfy, laundry detergent is inkl. and the staff is incredible helpful!

I enjoyed the stay. The best thing was the view through the big window, even though my room was only on floor 14 it was nice. Location is nice. A bit far to walk from the subway (10-15min) but no problem. There’s a nice shopping area and pedestrian street right beside the building. If you want to go to the Panda park, it’s not far and fast by taxi. I found it nice value for money.

Excellent service and our room was upgraded for free. So convenient we had a fridge and washing machine. Our hotel was close to the Zoo and the surrounding shops and restaurants were all very good and at walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Chengdu👍🏽😉🫶🏼
