I booked a 6 AM airport transfer, but when I got downstairs at 5:40 AM, the staff wasn't there. I called out, but no one came. They told me to leave the room card on the bar. By 6:10 AM, the car still hadn't arrived, and the staff was still sleeping. I called out again, and they finally woke up, saying the car had already left. After an argument, they called another car, but it went to the wrong terminal. I had to spend an extra 30 yuan on a taxi to get to B1. This staff member is completely irresponsible, not even waking up by 6 AM. Chengdu is famous for its excellent service, and she's a disgrace to the people of Chengdu. I almost missed my flight, which cost over two thousand yuan. This irresponsible staff member is going to cause trouble sooner or later! The boss needs to fire them; such a person is terrible and utterly lazy.

The hotel is localed very close to the airport so it’s very convenient. We had requested a non smoking room but the room had a terrible smell of smoke and i struggled to sleep due to that. I understand This is the guests fault but they should do something about it. The room was big enough and had plenty of amenities but it was a bit old and in some placed like the shower it seemed a bit dirty. Lastly the shuttle bus to the airport was late in the morning which added some stress to our journey , it was just 15 minutes , yet i didn’t need that with 2 kids at 5 am

A perfect hotel close the airport with their own transfer. Nice stuff at the reception. Ideal for early flight. Recommended.

Airco could be better, the room stayed 26 decrees through out the whole night. The bed was also very hard to sleep on. But the reception lady was very nice and helpful to use.

The room is comparably small. But I had excellent experience! Will definitely come back.

The best hotel if you have to switch planes in Chengdu. Did not check their airport shuttle buses - the distance to the Shuanglu was pretty comfortable for me to walk, even with the luggage. The metro is in the same location. So, fly Sichuan airlines, see pandas, sleep, go further!

The hotel is in a 15 min walking distance with a big suitcase from the metro (line 19) exit C and 15-20min walk distance to CTU airport T2 (according to the “A Map” app). I had an early flight but there was a shuttle bus in the morning which was super convenient and was at Terminal 2 within 5 min. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. I forgot about the shuttle service and booked a taxi, but the staff at the reception asked me if I want to take the bus and helped me cancel my taxi. The only “down side” is that the mattress and the low pillow were hard.

Very close to the terminal 2. excellent shuttle service, no need to book one day in advance. Inform them early and call when you arrived at the pick-up point. Unfortunately the gym closes at 21:00 and also everything else is closed by then.

Easy check in But overpriced Decorations are outdated

Less than a km from the train station so it was easy to just walk to the hotel. Prefect place for a short stay when you need to catch an early flight. Clean and comfortable, good shower. I would stay again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Given its location and convenience I booked it again. It is 5 minute drive from the airport (CTU) and provides pick and drop service. Clean and spacious rooms. The staff are also friendly. Although but far from city center but recommended for travelers.

Good for the near airport hotel

Perfect for people with early flights in Shiangliu Airport. Great value for the money, just 10-15min on foot to the Airport, but it does have a shuttle service.

Shuttle bus to the airport runs every 30 mins, great location very close to the Shuangliu Airport.
