Our first stop for the National Day holiday was Chengdu South Gate. The room facilities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. The service was also great, offering amazing value for money. There are all kinds of delicious food options nearby. Highly recommended!

Staying at Yuandao Hotel again was just as pleasant as before! The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, with soft and comfortable bedding. All facilities were complete and working perfectly. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, responding promptly to requests, and providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout.

This hotel is right by my home, and the property management is excellent! It's my go-to choice whenever relatives or friends visit. The front desk service is fantastic, and they even offer complimentary afternoon tea. The environment is clean, comfortable, and both my family and friends were very satisfied! Plus, Tiexiang Temple River Street is right downstairs, which is a huge bonus 👍

I didn't expect much, but the room was surprisingly good, and the service was comprehensive. They even provided ice eye masks and contact lens solution, which many big chain hotels rarely offer. The decor has an 'old money' feel. For this price, you can also enjoy afternoon tea. It's very suitable for business trips and meeting clients.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. It's just a few minutes' walk from Tiexiang Temple, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was really quiet and didn't have any strange smells, which was a huge plus! Highly recommend this place.

Came back to stay at this hotel in Chengdu again. The location is truly excellent, with Tiexiang Temple Water Street right next door, which is great for strolling around and has good dining options. The room view is also fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Global Center. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the housekeeping service was prompt. I only realized late at night that I had forgotten to bring my makeup remover and contact lens solution when I went out, and the front desk kindly lent me some. Their service was so warm and wonderful! Thumbs up!

Good hotel in good position to reach Global centre

booked the family suite and location is great, close to SKP and it is quiet as well. room was clean and we had a comfortable night here

Lovely, well decorated rooms with a lot of space. The bathroom is amazing too with all the little amenities you’ll need during your stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any information I needed. Well located.

It is located near to quite a number of shops with the water street within walking distance. It is also easy to get to Global Centre by car.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Big room for a reasonable price. Location is good if you have things to do in the southern part of Chengdu, otherwise it's not super convenient to the downtown area.

The rooms are very much worth the value. Note that the entrance is further to the side and the lobby is on the 5th floor. Besides that it's a all-round near a 5 star experience. If your intrest or reason of stay is in the new parts of the tainfu district and further new construction in the longfu new area. This place is right. The rooms are kept very clean amd modern.. They provide good branded bottled water in the rooms. The rooms have good veiws if your staying in the exct rooms or the family rooms which have a separator for the two queen beds. The reception and staff are very nice and quick with handling passports. For sleeping the ac is moderately silent but just averagly noticeable so turn it off when it's cool enough to sleep well. The rooms can get dark for better sleep and I do reccomend the breakfast it has a wide selection. This is the second - third stay since it's probably the best value for money you can get in terms of clean modern silent and spacious, atleast if you got membership status in your trip acc.

The hotel isn't bad, but it's a bit old, and some things could use some updating. The floors and walls were scratched. But the bed was very large and super comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The environmental hygiene and services are just average. It's a bit noisy at night, and the room isn't well soundproofed. There's not even a table in the room for eating!
