The housekeeper, Little Manager, was very helpful with the bread service, and the location was super convenient. The shower had a slight issue, going from hot to cold intermittently. Check-out was a breeze.

The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for getting around. The concierges are all very attentive, especially Eleven, Tudou, and Nanfeng, who provided outstanding service, even helping me with my food delivery. [Heart emoji]

One step shy of perfect. The location is absolutely central to Chunxi Road, with a subway station right downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere. The facilities are exquisite. The biggest issue is that the second floor can be quite noisy, which explains why earplugs are provided. Make sure to confirm with the front desk that there isn't someone upstairs who loves walking around in high heels at 11 PM or children who enjoy running and jumping. The air conditioning vent is on the second floor, and the heating isn't very efficient; warm air doesn't reach the downstairs area, so the loft below can be a bit cold. Despite these minor flaws, everything else, including the beautiful fish-shaped bathtub and the decent view, makes it great value for money at this price point. If the noise issue were resolved, I wouldn't mind paying an extra 300 RMB per night.

My overall experience staying at this hotel was great. The room offered a fantastic view of Taikoo Li at night, which was absolutely stunning. The in-room sound system and the floor-to-ceiling windows created a very comfortable ambiance. The room was well-equipped, and they even offer a private butler service. 'Bread' was my butler, and they were incredibly helpful, even retrieving a package for me so I didn't have to leave my room – very satisfied! I also forgot my phone, and 'Bread' responded instantly. Big thumbs up and kudos to the butler for their enthusiastic service!
