ANYEE•Jinzhu Hotel (ChengDu Tianfu square Wuhou Temple)

Facilities: Everything is new. The laundry room has both washers and separate dryers, which is very convenient. The gym also has some basic equipment. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no hygiene issues. Environment: The location is excellent, very close to Wuhou Shrine and People's Park. There are shared bikes right outside, which is super convenient. Service: The service is also great. The front desk staff are very thoughtful and can answer all sorts of questions promptly. Highly commendable.

The hotel's location is decent, but there's no delivery robot. There was a lot of dust on the table, making me wonder if the room hadn't been occupied for a while or simply wasn't cleaned. The walls were cracked, and the soundproofing of the windows was poor.

The room was very nice and clean. The front desk service was excellent; they gave us a free room upgrade. Their service attitude was fantastic. Even though the room was roadside, they provided earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch. The robot delivery service was also very good.

The hotel room was pretty standard for a double, but the bed was really comfortable and clean. The shower water was nice and hot, so overall it was a good choice. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't really heat up the room; it felt colder with it on than off at this time of year, and even after running the heat for a long time, it didn't get warm.

This hotel is highly recommended for both leisure and business trips. The staff provided excellent and thoughtful service. The hotel's environment and hygiene were top-notch, very comfortable, clean, and tidy.
