The environment is comfortable and quiet, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. The hygiene is very well maintained. The front desk service is attentive, making check-in very smooth. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Thumbs up to Guest Services Manager Tayler [strong]

The overall facilities are quite new, and the decor is also grand. The breakfast selection is decent and tastes good. The staff are very enthusiastic. Areas for improvement: Firstly, it's a bit difficult to get a taxi to locate the hotel, as the small road leading to the lobby is quite hidden. Most taxis don't come in, so you have to walk to the main road to catch one, which is not ideal if you have luggage. Secondly, the complimentary fruit platter was incredibly small, truly the most miniature I've ever seen.

The room was great, and the service was excellent. Vivi and Ivy were particularly outstanding. On our last day, we were out late, and they proactively helped us extend our check-out time.

After a week, I returned to Chengdu and once again chose the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to Chengdu Joy City, which makes dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. There's also a small plaza right across from the hotel, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner. I was extremely satisfied with the front desk service; they were warm and attentive. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese dishes. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The gym on the fifth floor is well-equipped with modern facilities and is very well-managed. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

The Ultraman theme was a hit with my child. The hotel environment was great, and the service was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Just a small suggestion: for the family rooms, it would be better to have one large 2-meter bed. A twin room isn't very convenient for two adults and one child – if you push the beds together there's a gap, and if you don't, it's too small and the child might fall out of bed. 😂 Everything else at the hotel was excellent, and the location was good too.

What truly impressed and touched me was when I later accidentally misplaced my wallet and was quite frantic. As soon as Anna learned about it, she responded immediately. She calmly reassured me not to worry, while simultaneously and efficiently coordinating with various departments to help me search. Her composed and professional handling of the situation significantly eased my anxiety. Ultimately, thanks to Anna's diligent efforts, my wallet was successfully recovered! ❤️🩹 This entire incident perfectly showcased her exceptional resourcefulness and a truly dedicated spirit of going above and beyond to help guests. This experience truly highlighted that a great hotel isn't solely defined by its luxurious facilities (though the hotel itself is very new, with excellent amenities and convenient transportation), but rather by its exceptional staff – caring, proactive individuals like Anna. This was absolutely a highly recommended stay! 💪💪💪

The disposable slippers provided by the hotel were not new; they appeared to be pre-worn and then reissued, which is a significant hygiene concern and poses a risk of spreading athlete's foot. Additionally, the room's soundproofing was terrible, and there was constant banging on the wall from the adjacent room.

The ambiance was superb. The service was incredibly attentive and truly first-class. Loved the amenities: a bathtub, swimming pool, and convenient parking. Plus, they offer twin beds that can be joined together, which is a great option. A truly fantastic stay overall!
