這酒店是網上預訂的，入住時感覺需要在加住一天，前台接待説，現在續住要加價一百。頓時錯愕，坐地起價哈。成都這個地方哈，現在要是沒有導航，是不敢出去走動的。吉利拐彎找到這個地方着實不易，衹能接受這個尷尬。

【衞生】房間衞生整體還行，三樓還配有洗衣機。【環境】離地鐵站很近，出行非常方便；周圍的吃飯地方也很多。就是旁邊在修房子，叮叮噹噹有點吵。【設施】洗漱池子的下水道要積水；淋浴房排水不暢，蓋子全打開，也要積水。【服務】17號晚上值班的前台真的是絕了，我七點左右打電話説，房間沒有浴帽，她説走不開，我説你找一下我下來拿都行，她找了説沒有，然後喊我等到八點再洗澡，我説不行啊，她就給了我主管電話151*1595，讓我自己打電話解決。最後我在樓道里轉了一圈，找到了客房大姐，給了我兩個浴帽。

設施:非常不好 床有問題 根本固定不住 用力一點就固定不住 給前台説了 喊了保安上來看 結果説啥 你用力肯定啊 就那個床 衹要稍微胖點的去睡翻個身就會固定不了 一點也不安全，稍微重一點輕輕的坐上一分鐘不到就彈開了

房間很乾凈，位置好找，周邊吃飯也方便，距離地鐵口還算近。離春熙路步行就可以到達。服務也很好！入住的舒適感很高！下次來成都還打算住這裏
酒店位置很好找，在路口處，前台小姐姐很熱情，很有禮貌，房間超大，很乾凈，無異味，空調效果好，還是智能房，早餐非常可口，有10多個品種可供選擇

房間的佈局是不一樣的，我當時選擇的是豪華大床房。最開始我的房間有沙發和小桌子，挺好的，但是剛進去就發現了蚊子，還不止一衹。但是我沒有特別在意，到了晚上，我發現房間的排風扇沒有風出來，加上我用水壺煮水房間突然跳閘停電了。然後我就下樓去找前台，前台幫我找了維修的叔叔，叔叔人挺好的，幫我修理完線路後，聽到我説房間的排風扇沒電，還幫我打電話到前台説幫我換房間。當時前台説就剩下隔壁的和樓上的房間，然後叔叔帶我去看隔壁房間，結果隔壁房間的排風扇也是壞的。。之後叔叔帶我上樓，看到了樓上的房間，那裡的排風扇是好的，但是沒有沙發和小桌子，房間也比之前的小了。我想着已經11點多了，將就一下住吧，然後就把行李搬到了樓上。第二天，我朋友聽到我換房間後，打算到我房間玩，發現我的房間跟之前的很不一樣，懷疑我的房間被降級了，讓我去前台問。前台説我的房間沒有被降級，是因為酒店佈局不同，房間裏面的設施也不同。。。。。
後面我不想搬來搬去了，就沒有再換房間，但是我後面住了2天，發現那個房間的設施也是壞的😅。浴室的花灑已經有一部分不能直接噴出來了，是跟水龍頭一樣流出來的。廁所的馬桶沖水也是有問題的，會抽不起水或者沒辦法沖下去。

體驗感很好，乾淨衞生， 酒店離地鐵口不遠，酒店工作人員都很熱情，礦泉水也有送，要一次性拖鞋晚上保安都會及時送到房間 ，前台小葉服務也很奈斯， 有問必答，周邊美食也多，離天府廣場，春熙路，寬窄巷子都比較近
