Traveling with kids, the room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. It was also very convenient for food and drinks, with a great BBQ place downstairs that we really enjoyed.

The truth is as shown in the picture above; you can't even open or close the bathroom door properly.

The environment is great, very close to the subway station, right next to the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, making transportation convenient. The small courtyard adds a nice touch to the experience. Service: The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful.

They really need to train their cleaning staff. The hygiene was terrible. As soon as I checked in, I saw hair and lint on the bed, and cigarette butts under the sink. I immediately suspected the housekeeper hadn't changed the sheets or cleaned properly. My suspicions were confirmed over my four-day stay; the housekeeper basically didn't clean at all. She'd just bring water and fresh towels and that was it. She always said she was too busy in the morning and would come in the afternoon, but then in the afternoon, she'd say it was quitting time and just give us water. Do you think she ever changed the sheets or cleaned for anyone? On a positive note, the two people at the front desk were very nice.

Very clean, convenient location, warm and attentive service. The hotel's food is also delicious, and there's a laundry room with a drying area. It's quiet and comfortable.
