Hilton Chengdu Longquanyi

The breakfast was plentiful and the room was comfortable.

From the outside, it looks like a typical Hilton. However, once inside, I discovered the soundproofing between the rooms and the hallway was incredibly poor, like a budget hotel, or even worse than a Hanting or Starway. Bad soundproofing in a hotel makes getting a good night's sleep a huge problem. So far, this has been one of the worst Hilton experiences I've had.

Because of work, I've stayed at this hotel quite a bit, so I'll share my experience to help others avoid similar situations. The service staff were very unprofessional, especially a receptionist named **. Her appearance and professionalism didn't match the Hilton's image, and her attitude was extremely poor. She was very impatient during check-in, and the duty manager inexplicably intervened during our conversation. This receptionist was unprofessional and seemed to be questioning the guests. Overall, the front desk service was extremely inefficient and took too long, showing a lack of professionalism. I had already paid once by card, but they asked me to pay again on the spot.
