We love this hotel so much, the breakfast served got lots Verity and the front desk service staff is very friendly and polite...I wish to go back again

Our 2nd time staying here! This hotel is perfect, spacious and complete amentities suck as kitchenette, washing machine, stove, etc. We loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was superb!

The room was very clean and exceed most other hotels in term of facilities with the kitchen , appliances and cutlery included, and laundry washer dryer. Hotel staff was responsive and helpful to enquiry.

## Location The apartment is located in the Vanke Gaoxin Chuanghe Center on Tianfu First Street, just a 10-minute walk from Century City Station on Metro Line 1. It's a direct metro ride to Tianfu Airport and a 20-minute taxi ride to Shuangliu Airport, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers catching early flights. The building is surrounded by office blocks, so business meetings don't require cross-district travel. If you fancy a stroll down Chunxi Road on the weekend, it's about a 30-minute drive. It perfectly embodies the phrase, 'Step out for vibrancy, step in for tranquility.' ## Facilities This place is a dream for those who appreciate attention to detail. As a new property opened within the last three years, the hardware is advertised as 'move-in ready.' The executive suite includes a washer-dryer combo and a capsule coffee machine. The Sealy mattress offers just the right balance of firmness and softness, and even the motion-sensor lights in the wardrobe have a soft glow mode. The B1 floor features a gym and swimming pool operated by the V9 brand; the equipment is relatively new and well-maintained. I didn't try the pool, so I can't comment on it. The most delightful surprise was the in-room kitchen, complete with an induction hob and an enamel pot – a real boon for travelers! ## Service Judging from the details, the hotel's front desk offers many parent-child and eco-friendly activities, which aligns with what you'd expect from an international brand. Pretty good overall. ## Surroundings Downstairs, there are numerous integrated complexes, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Dining choices range from small street-side eateries to venues suitable for business banquets! **After multiple stays, here's my advice:** For excellent views, I recommend choosing a room on the 15th floor or higher.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shuangliu Airport. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were new. The breakfast spread was quite good. There are plenty of amenities nearby, making dining very convenient.

Somerset Hotel, an Ascott property, truly lives up to its reliable brand name. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and fully equipped, with spotlessly clean linens. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The service was impeccable. Overall, a fantastic experience. Even though this trip was rushed, I still managed to savor Chongqing noodles, other local dry pot dishes, and ordered takeout – I made sure not to miss out on the good food!

We originally booked for 6 nights and ended up extending for another two! A special shout-out to Parker and Yang Cheng. When we checked out yesterday, it was drizzling, and they walked us to the car with an umbrella. They also helped us load all our luggage into the car. Huge thanks to everyone!

Chengdu is truly a travel paradise! Even the business hotels in the new district offer such great service. I felt that the service was on par with a five-star hotel in Bali. The hotel is clean and tidy, with beautiful views. Shops are conveniently located downstairs, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options just across the street. Simply amazing! I’ll recommend my family to stay here next time as well. 成都真是个旅游天堂！就连新区的商务酒店服务都如此的好。我感觉跟巴厘岛5星级酒店服务没有差距。酒店干净整洁，风景漂亮，楼下商店便利，对面有很多逛街和吃饭的地方，太棒了。我推荐我家人下次也来这里。

Great location and excellent service. Definitely worth staying again. My only suggestion is that the lady at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant was a bit too overzealous, questioning everyone entering and leaving. It got to the point where I felt I had to report to her even when just going to the restroom, to avoid being mistaken for someone trying to freeload food. For a hotel at this price point, I believe this could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

As someone who spends most of their travel time at hotels, I've visited many cities across the country, and Chengdu left the best impression. A significant part of that positive experience I attribute to this accommodation. First off, this hotel is incredibly pet-friendly – and it's not just a gimmick! Every aspect is well thought out. The lobby on the first floor has a pet supply station, and the room setup is very accommodating for pets, with no dangerous sharp edges or corners. Next, the staff. Please, hotel management, give a special shout-out to your cleaning staff! They are incredibly efficient, meticulous in their cleaning, and have wonderful attitudes. The front desk team is equally excellent; no matter the time, they are always responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. The surrounding area also features pet-friendly parks, which is a huge bonus for pet owners. All in all, the hotel is fantastic. What's more, the nearby restaurants and cafes are excellent and offer great value for money, making them highly recommendable. This stay has made me love Chengdu even more!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Chengdu. The rooms are very spacious, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient, with an abundance of dining options nearby. The gym is in the shopping mall directly across the street, just a two or three-minute walk away. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Today, because I had an early flight, they even prepared some bread, yogurt, and fruit for me to take with me. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and a FamilyMart convenience store is also very close, making it super easy to grab anything you need. Breakfast quality is average, but it's certainly not bad.
