Atour Hotel Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road

The cleanliness and service were impeccable. The environment was a little noisy, but that's probably to be expected in a downtown area. The soundproofing between the room and the street wasn't great, just being honest here. However, the surrounding attractions, laundry service, and breakfast were all excellent.

The hotel is located near Chunxi Road, about 600 meters from the Chunxi Road subway station, making transportation and dining very convenient. The hotel's hygiene is excellent; all towels, bath towels, and bathrobes are individually wrapped. In addition to water, the room also provides bottled tea. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it has all the essentials, and the freshly cooked noodles and 'chaoshou' (wontons) are delicious, with a good variety of sauces. We even experienced a noticeable earthquake during our stay here. The only minor dissatisfaction is the poor soundproofing of the doors; we could clearly hear everything happening in the corridor.

This hotel is super convenient! It's right across the street from Chunxi Road, and the IFS Panda is just diagonally opposite, with Taikoo Li a bit further down. There are tons of places to eat all around. I stay here every time I visit Chengdu. The quality at Atour is consistently excellent; the rooms are clean, and the service is great. They even gave me a panda gift, and the customer service ladies are just lovely. Highly recommend!

The lobby has a 'Zhuju' book bar where you can relax and read. The buffet breakfast offers a mix of Western and Chinese options, with local snacks like Dandan noodles tasting authentic. The laundry room and gym are fully equipped, making the entire stay feel exceptional. Quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, convenient for getting around, with warm service – if you're visiting Jinjiang District, this Atour hotel is definitely a winner!

I hope the hotel management takes a serious look at itself after reading this review. It's fine for the cleaning staff to clean rooms before 8 AM, but they should close the door and operate quietly. Why were they cleaning with the room door open, slamming the bathroom door, moving things around, and emptying trash? Your hotel doors aren't exactly soundproof, and it was incredibly noisy for those of us across the hall. I was thoroughly woken up after a long period of disturbance. At checkout, I didn't say anything. Later in the afternoon, I received a call from them, which they hung up and then called again. They claimed to be apologizing and said I checked out too quickly for them to notice an issue. Did it ever occur to them that a guest might be busy, or even taking a nap? How did customer service get my mobile number and text me from a personal phone? Isn't there a risk of personal information being leaked to a third party? Doesn't the front desk have a landline? A strange number calls me, asks for my home address, and says they want to send me something? It's hard to believe that a big brand like Atour has such unprofessional management.

The front desk service was professional and thorough, making the entire stay, from check-in to check-out, incredibly smooth and reassuring.

Not far from Taikoo Li, with plenty of dining options nearby, the location is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very warm and polite. The breakfast was also rich and distinctive. Minibar: Well-stocked with complimentary drinks.
