Chengdu Rushi Chaowa Hotel (Chunxi Road Tianfu Square Metro Station)

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with no strange odors. You could tell the cleaning staff put a lot of effort into it. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating; whatever we needed, we just had to call and they'd send a robot to deliver items to the room. A special thanks to the front desk staff – the young people were diligent, enthusiastic, and patient. Definitely a five-star rating! I'll stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu. The hotel lobby is grand and stylish, with a dragon-shaped pond in the center where some very plump goldfish are kept. The Panda Station has many panda plush toys, phone lanyards, and face-changing gift boxes, all at reasonable prices. Breakfast was very rich, with dozens of different items, including freshly stir-fried vegetables. It's also very convenient for sightseeing, with a subway, bus, mall, and convenience store right downstairs. The Chengdu Museum and Science Museum are just two to three hundred meters from Tianfu Square, easily reachable on foot. I recommend booking a room with an outside window – it's spacious, bright, and comfortable.

Staying at Rushi Trendy Baby Hotel was a fantastic experience. First off, the service was incredibly warm and patient; the staff were very friendly and made me feel right at home. Check-in at the front desk was super quick, allowing me to get to my room and relax without delay. The room itself was also amazing: the design was simple yet stylish, it was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a well-thought-out layout and comfortable furniture. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed; the towels and bath towels were all new. It even had a mini-fridge, perfect for chilling ice water and fruits in the summer, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable workspace, meeting all my needs. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center of Chengdu at Tianfu Square, with a metro station directly below the hotel. There's also a large shopping mall nearby that's worth a visit. Excellent stay! The hotel has a great location, and the facilities are new and smart. The front desk staff were very friendly when I checked in early and checked out late. They even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir when I checked out.

When we wanted to go out, we asked the front desk for directions, and they kindly provided us with travel tips, including transportation methods for popular attractions, bus routes, and even helped us check ticket prices. The hotel's location is right next to Tianfu Square, though tucked away in a small alley. However, the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. After checking in, since we had missed afternoon tea, the hotel sent us some snacks. Because we were only staying one night, the hotel informed us that we could still enjoy afternoon tea even after checking out. Upon checkout, the hotel also gave us a souvenir and offered free luggage storage – truly super considerate. During our stay, the TV in our room wasn't working, and hotel staff came immediately to fix it, incredibly quickly. The breakfast selection is also very rich, a combination of Chinese and Western styles, so you can choose whatever you like. It's great. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the hot water supply for showering was stable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The in-room amenities were also great, with every room having a mini-fridge. The smart 'Xiao Du' system allowed us to control the curtains, TV, and lights. The hotel is conveniently located just a 200-meter walk straight from Exit A of Tianfu Square Metro Station to the lobby entrance. Overall, the stay was fantastic and highly recommended.

There are also many dining options nearby; across the street, there's the Tianfu Hong shopping mall with various shops and restaurants, including hotpot and Chinese cuisine. Subway lines 1 and 2 can take you to Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, and People's Park, all within close proximity and also reachable with a 10-15 minute walk. This makes sightseeing and finding great food incredibly easy, saving both time and effort. Overall, the experience was fantastic.
