This is our third year in a row staying here for a concert in Chengdu. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, and the kids love it too. We've brought the children with us all three years. It's super convenient to get to the concert venue, and also very easy to get back here after the show at night – it's really close, just a walk away. There's also a park nearby, so it's incredibly convenient to stay here when bringing kids to a concert.

I chose Atour Hotel primarily for its outstanding quality and brand culture! The hotel truly lived up to its brand standards during both check-in and check-out, which is highly commendable! 👍🏻 Although there was a slight hiccup during my stay – a wedding room next door was quite noisy and disturbed my rest – I was very pleased with how the front desk handled it. They clearly explained the situation and apologized, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone has weddings, and I completely understand. Societal values require effort from all of us, not holding hotels hostage or moral blackmail. During check-out, the front desk apologized again for the issue, and I repeatedly expressed my understanding. The staff even ran out of the hotel to give me some Atour tea! My sincere thanks again! Service does not equal subservience! I hope my fellow travelers can show empathy and understanding to all service industry workers, and be more tolerant, rather than thinking the customer is always right. The hotel facilities are complete, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The rooms are clean, and the environment is beautiful. The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, which are both very good. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, including some local snacks. The front desk staff are also very attentive and welcoming. Upon check-out, we were given a panda keychain and a small toy, making for a very nice stay.

About 20 minutes’ drive to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. With 5 minutes’ walk to Metro Line 5, 30 minutes’ drive to Chengdudong Railway Station ，18 minutes’ drive to Zhaojue Temple，20 minutes’ drive to Bao Guang Temple Scenic Area 45 minutes’ drive to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport.

Although the room faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all; the soundproofing was excellent, and the hallway was also very quiet. Both the front desk staff and the housekeepers were very warm and welcoming. They paid great attention to detail and genuinely thought of the guests, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done. The smart toilet's settings were quite user-friendly. Choosing this hotel was truly a pleasant encounter during my trip.

The hotel environment is quite good, and the front desk lady was very nice. She even upgraded our room type for free! There are also many dining options nearby, and the location is convenient with a convenience store right downstairs. Overall, it was a good experience. It's also very close to Happy Valley, and parking is super convenient.
