The hotel's location is decent, nestled in a quiet, narrow alleyway near Chunxi Road. There's a convenience store downstairs and several restaurants just outside the alley. Most of the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and meticulous. The staff proactively helped me with my bags and luggage, adjusted the air conditioning for me, and even offered me slippers. They promptly replaced some appliances that needed replacing, such as the hairdryer, air conditioner remote, and electric kettle. They also fulfilled my special request for a chair with a backrest, which is especially appreciated given my herniated disc. I did call three times to find out the name of the staff member on duty, but she didn't answer, probably because she was on shift. Important Issues: Some staff members were not very friendly and were quite irritable! They seemed overly eager for quick results! They only wanted positive reviews, and when I didn't receive timely feedback, their attitude completely changed – this deserves criticism! However, they improved later, showing they were willing to admit their mistakes and correct them, which is commendable.

We were traveling with children and the hotel upgraded the room type for us. There are two subway stations near the hotel, one is more than 400 meters away and the other is more than 600 meters away. They are very convenient. Although we are traveling with children in Chengdu, we always travel by subway, which is very convenient. The hotel service is very good. If the weather is hot, two extra bottles of water will be delivered to the room. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. The only bad thing about it is the Wi-Fi. Haha, the Wi-Fi is not good at all. Even my kid’s iPad phone says it can’t connect to it and can’t be used. But other aspects are very good. Already recommended to my friends!
