The environment is fantastic, very well-designed, and security is top-notch – you need to use your key card to access your floor in the elevator. The toiletries and disposable slippers provided are all high quality, and they even have kids' slippers. The room itself is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit and snacks, and all the drinks in the fridge were free! But what truly stood out was the hotel's service. It was so thoughtful and attentive. If we ordered takeout, the front desk staff would immediately bring it to our room. They also offer a baggage delivery service to the airport or train station. You can just arrange a time, travel light and enjoy your day, and pick up your luggage when it's time to catch your flight or train. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip and hope this place stays open for a long time!
