Metropolo Hotels properties in Chengdu

I want to recommend this hidden gem of a hotel to all my colleagues and friends! I stayed here 4 years ago when a Ctrip guide booked it for me, and the service and amenities here are truly disproportionate to the price – the service is just exceptional. The room was spacious, and the placement and quality of everything provided were incredibly thoughtful. It's definitely better than a five-star hotel. Clean, large, and comfortable, with excellent service from the impressive front desk. It's located right in the city center, quiet yet convenient. It's very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, only about a 1km walk.

The front desk staff were very efficient with check-in, and their service was warm and attentive. The whole process was smooth, and they even proactively explained the hotel facilities and breakfast times, showing great attention to detail. The room decor was simple yet grand, with a stylish and sophisticated 'Shanghai style' that was very pleasing to the eye. The natural light and soundproofing were excellent; it was lively outside the window, but quiet inside, making for a very relaxing stay.

Excellent service all around, check-in was super quick. The room was well-lit with no strange smells, and it was nice and quiet. Very convenient for getting around. It was a great stay for my business trip – soundproofing was good, toiletries were fully stocked, and housekeeping cleaned promptly every day. Definitely worth coming back to.

I chose the Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Chengdu Wuhou Joy City for my business trip because I had stayed there once before, shortly after it opened, and my overall experience was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Joy City shopping district, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Getting around by taxi or public transport is also very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they were friendly and polite. The guest room was clean and bright, with a practical layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained with a stable hot water supply. The soundproofing in the room was good, allowing for peaceful rest, though the 1271 room I was assigned this time might have been next to a school, as it was a bit noisy in the morning. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, with a strong ******* style. The public areas are clean and refreshing, showing attention to detail. It offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice whether for leisure or a short business trip. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu. I have another business trip soon, hope the prices don't go up!
