Sheraton properties in Chengdu

I stayed here two years ago and the rooms are as comfortable as ever. A big thank you to the front desk lady who gave us a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms – much appreciated! The room layout is very practical. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, the rooms are still very well-maintained, showing that they've invested a lot of care and money into it. Minor drawbacks include the breakfast, which I found to be just okay, and I could hear the doorbell from the next room. Hygiene: Very clean.

If I had to sum up my stay, it would be 'breathtaking views and heartfelt service.' The hotel is right by the lake, so opening the window reveals a stunning view that instantly puts your mind at ease. The room itself was decorated simply and warmly, and more importantly, it was impeccably clean. All the staff were well-trained and friendly, and a special shout-out to Xiao Ou who made us feel right at home. The most memorable part was the coffee in the lobby on the first floor. Enjoying a cup in the afternoon, while gazing out at the lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows – the rich aroma of the coffee combined with the peaceful scenery made even a business trip feel like a relaxing vacation. I will definitely return for the lake view and the service.
