The hygiene, environment, and facilities were all good, but watching the TV in the room was a bit of a hassle. The room card wasn't unlocked properly, so I couldn't go upstairs the next day. The transportation was quite convenient, with buses and subways nearby.

Located right in the middle of Chunxi Road, it is convenient to get around wherever you go! I traveled alone as a woman, and since there are a lot of people around, it feels safe even at night. You can think of it as having the vibe of Hongdae on a weekend until 11 PM... The bed was comfortable, so I was able to sleep very soundly. The beer provided as an amenity was especially delicious, so I got to drink it every day lol. Compared to other hotels, the room is quite spacious and clean~ Make sure to request a non-smoking room! It seems like there are smokers in the other rooms lol. Oh, and the Chinese-style restaurant on the first floor of this hotel is a real gem. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was wonderful. I was going to the concert alone, and when I checked in at the front desk, the receptionist, knowing I was a woman, proactively upgraded me, gave me two complimentary breakfasts, and arranged for me to stay in a women's room. They even gave me a Li Yuchun bag! I was so happy; the moment I arrived in Chengdu, I felt the warmth and sincerity of the people there. The moment I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, decorated in a light blue color, with a white curtained window, and even a yoga mat! As a yoga and Pilates teacher, seeing the yoga mat made me so happy; it felt like it was specially prepared for me. The bed was also large, and there was a trendy chair and a mirror specifically for women. It was a very comfortable and well-equipped room. The concert venue was actually very close to the hotel, but the next day, the receptionist even drove me to the venue and thoughtfully gave me a fan. I've always felt that the people around me are incredibly kind. I remember one person who said he could tell fortunes, and after seeing me, he said, ”You are God's most beloved little daughter!” 😂 Although I know he was just trying to make me happy, I'm willing to believe it. 🤣 Highly recommend! If I come here for a concert again, I'll definitely stay here. The receptionist is beautiful, kind, and gentle, and her Chengdu accent is so lovely.

Facilities: I used the laundry service during my stay. The staff was very responsible, but I wish they offered delivery of the clean clothes back to the room. Cleanliness: It was decent. At least all the essential facilities were clean, and when I asked the front desk for disposable slippers, they were delivered very quickly. Oh, right, the room didn't come with disposable slippers, but they were free of charge. Environment: Downstairs, there are many street food stalls, so it can get noisy at night. The building is filled with business hotels, but the elevator control provides some security. It's near the train station, so I understand, as I chose it for convenience. Service: The front desk lady was very conscientious and responsible, and her work was meticulous and thoughtful. For this, I'm giving five stars – excellent service!
