This was my second trip here and was definitely an improvement from the last. However my shower didn't work, but it's ok. There was a backup. Staff are kind. Management also. I was happy to be here.

Excellent hotel in Nungambakkam, complimentary buffet breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, Nungambakkam is a great neighborhood, with a vast array of restaurants of many different budgets, train station at Nungambakkam is about 15 minute walk, bus stop at corner is about 5 minute walk, easy to find taxi or auto rickshaw service, metro is not so close by foot, but an auto rickshaw to the Kilpauk metro station is only 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

The hotel wasn't bad, the room was spacious, but it lacked hotel slippers. Still, I'd stay there again.

Recent renovations have elevated the rooms to near five-star standards. The adjacent Hard Rock Cafe offered convenient evening entertainment, and shopping areas were readily accessible within a 20-minute timeframe. Furthermore, the hotel's dining options were of high quality. Will definitely stay here again when visiting chennai!

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Indian breakfast hits different always. Wonderful hospitality from all service staffs. Definitely worth staying here.
