A.R Residency

Excellent customer service .I usually stay at the starlight hotel Shivaji street .A .R Residency is under same management .I liked A.R residency better than Starlight I definitely stay here in my future Visits.

The stay was ok if just to go and sleep, the service a bit slow. No proper communication. Staff are OK.

Overall good place for the money paid. Recommended. Only one small complain though, the floor felt like it was not cleaned for sometime....felt sandy etc.

**One of the worst stays we’ve ever experienced.** The place looked dirty, creepy, and suspicious, and we did not feel safe staying there. The restaurant was also dirty, with an unpleasant ambience and poor vibes. We booked it online because the pictures looked nice, but in reality, the place looked more like an abandoned building. We immediately changed to another hotel the next day. What was surprising was that the management didn’t even bother to ask why we cancelled or why we left. That itself says a lot. **Definitely not recommended for a comfortable or safe stay.**

This place is an excellent value for money. The restaurant is also decent value.

Not to clean but can stay. Service is ok . Worth the money. Bfast not good. Skipped bfast as it was not tasty at all.

Clean floors, sheets and bathroom. Service was equally good and I had no complaints except the A/C wasn't cold enough and there were no toothpaste or toilet paper provided

Excellent Stay & Perfect Location! "We had a wonderful stay at A.R Residency. The location in T. Nagar is absolute gold, especially if you are visiting for shopping—everything is just a short walk or auto ride away (right behind Pachaiyappas Silks). The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the family. The hospitality was great, and the staff made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai!"

It’s a very Basic hotel . more like BNB. Very simple breakfast.  Expensive for the value.
