Hotel Chandra Park

The food and location is good only the problem I had the insects inside room but after informing the staffs they cleaned it overall it is value for money .

It was a great trip good place to stay

Prime location Calm place , no external trouble. Moderate rooms. presence of bugs and cockroaches in the room and on bed. Five star for location and nothing else to appreciate. Just for a day we shall tolerate. The receptionist is way too rude and toxic. Even thru phonecall to attend the customers, she was rude and could see the mean comments she is passing to her colleagues and help desk ppl, 🤬🤬.

I booked it for my parents looking at the reviews but when they went there they gave a room where bathroom was broken and it was not that good later when they argued about the room conditions and stuff they changed the room but still as per my parents said it was not worth.

Based on location , checked hotel and through Google got the hotel information and checked ratings and hotel photos those are looks good.based on that hotel booked.The hotel is neat and clean. Service is good and staff behaviour and services are good.Took breakfast from hotel that is really good. Entirely it is good experience and got satisfied with hotel (Hotel chandra park in Egmore,Channai) service.

Travelled as family with 2 kids. We had booked a Superior room in Hotel Chandra Park through a phone call. Once we reached the hotel by 8am, we wanted to check the room and since we were travelling with 2 kids, requested for a bigger room and finally checked into Executive Deluxe Room (No.4001). Positives – 1. The manager at the front desk Mr. Narasimhan was very accommodative to upgrade our room with reasonable tariff and ensure the cleaning is done quickly so that we can check-in without delays. Also, allowed us to have a nibble of the breakfast before checking -in. 2. Room was centrally air-conditioned and an additional cot with mattress was provided. Toiletries were available. Ample space to place all the luggage comfortably and the closet was considerably extensive as well. 3. Hotel is centrally located which is the biggest plus point exactly opposite to Egmore railway station and probably 2 kms from Central. All prominent veg hotels like Saravana Bhavan, Sangeetha’s, Vasantha Bhavan are located in close proximity as also was Buhari hotel, Chennai Rawther and lots of snack/tea joints nearby. 4. 24 hr check-in/check-out feature available which was the primary reason to book this hotel. Check-in and check-out was seamless and all done in a jiffy. Negatives – 1. Breakfast buffet options was minimal. The spread could be better and can start bit early.
