on the day of arrival i gave my passport information and other relevant details, later the person who was in the checkout came and wanted to take photo of my passport and said he forgot to take a copy and took photo of my passport on his personal phone i believe. i stayed two days, on the second day morning when i left, i said i need room service but nothing happened. on the first day, i wanted some water during the night time, so i went down and asked on of the staff at reception, he was talking something in hindi and he didnt understand what I was asking in english and i couldn't understand. later he called someone else he is also hindi speaking person. I asked him i need some water as its night time and I couldn't find any shop near by to get some water, he said no water and they will only provide during the room service. As i was only staying there for sleep, the hotel was fine for sleeping but most of the staffs are not very friendly. lady at the reception and the security person were seems to be kind and understood my situation and gave some assurance.
