The place is over priced and infested with mosquitoes. You can complain all you can no one will care. Very basic staple tasteless food is served for breakfast. Upon checkout 10 staff wait greedily for tips

Service was good at the reception. Facilities are excellent, with everything needed. Food at breakfast spread was sufficient and satisfying. The control pad in the room was functioning well. Welcome titbits was a great way to start when I arrived. Coffee maker with pods was easy to operate and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the morning! Room was clean and with clean linen. Bathroom was very clean. Shower pressure and heat was good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was nice. Newly renovated. Kindly maintain regularly to have the high standards, The Residency Towers! Had a wonderful stay and a restful sleep throughout the night.

This was genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room had a tablet-like device that allowed you to control everything electronically, such as the curtains and lights. It also featured a Japanese toilet, completely automated. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good, and the breakfast was extensive and served in a lovely area. Definitely recommend.

As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Way2go all... Cheers!

I noticed that the 3 different departments operate independently I.e the luggage , the Spa and restaurant.  If all can talk to each other with discounts to customers, will promote customers satisfaction  One young guy from reception , Ravi as signed in my laundry invoice , was not committed to providing satisfactory customer service. Room was allocated basis if you are a single occupant or a couple.  Room allocated from 05-07 Jan was satisfactory, however room allocated for my 09-12 Jan stay was not proper as I had a few problems with respect to aircon , light controls and also the entrance door to the bathroom.  I hope these problems can be addressed for my next stay

Pros: very well maintained. The hotel staff and house keeping were very polite. They attend to your queries. Any issues they attend very fast. The cons, the twin bed is very small hahaha compared to other hotels. Will rate 9/10 becos of the small bed hahaha
