We loved our stay here! Cleanliness to service was brilliant. Coming from Singapore, we were little worried about the hotel and cleanliness but with no doubt it was superb. Infact we don't have a complaint. We had hotel breakfast, dinner buffet, dinner ala carte at the ground level restaurant (part of the hotel) food was good, ambience is beautiful and I must say Navaneeth and ashiq were such warm and friendly boys, serving with smiles, checking on us and even other customers esp elderly folks. That is one of the best service etiquettes we have seen. Their communication skills with a little humour was a hats off! Definitely coming back and definitely recommending family and friends. Totally no regrets. Thank you residency towers team. Keep up the good work and spirit!

Regular at this hotel. At least 4 to 5 times a year. All is good. Place is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My feedback js they should follow up with customers on special requests and that will put them way ahead of other hotels at that range as they go beyond in service levels for their customer. I would still highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

The breakfast lwas very good . Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean . Overall a very good experience

I think the toilet cleanliness could have been better, a foul stench seems to come from the shower hose each time it's turn on

The stay was pleasant . The receptionist Sundar , Sidharth , Ravi and Seena really made the check in and check out process easier . The breakfast was nice as well .

Facilities are good just that everyday when they clean its not thourough as i saw some food items on the floor from previous night. Towels can be of good quality

We are loyal clients and choose your hotel for u excellent service However this time 1 rm we choose was having a aircon leaking problem which took aboutv1 hr to rectify and my sisters have to wait 1hr at 7 pm Pl keep up u gd standards Tks

Overall its a nice place to stay and can recommend for family. Very convenient and easy to travel to shopping area. Suggest to check with them directly or book via trip as compare to other platform, trip can get cheaper

We stayed for 3 nights. Our welcome platter arrived when we were about to check out. On the 2nd day, there were no towels provided. After numerous calls, it arrived 30 mins later at about 3.30pm, stating that they were out of towels.

My related stay. Very convenient location. Will be better if they can provide airport transfer to and fro. It’s an add on to the hotel’s good service.

The breakfast spread was good but not impressive . I expected it ti be better than the other great hotel next door. :-)

Very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful and always with a smile. Facilities were good. Room was big and comfortable. Sunset from the Sky restaurant was amazing.

The place is over priced and infested with mosquitoes. You can complain all you can no one will care. Very basic staple tasteless food is served for breakfast. Upon checkout 10 staff wait greedily for tips

The hotel entrance is highly congested because vehicles are permitted to park ***** the driveway. This creates an unsafe environment for pedestrians and makes access to the entrance difficult.
