Room was lovely and spacious, just a bit hassle to take 2 lifts to lobby waiting area for taxi. Food was delicious and just a bit of a slow check in seems due to peak period which was 4plus evening. Otherwise ,fully recommended

Overall, I had a good stay, as I usually do at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Most of the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vijay, who always checks in to make sure everything is going well. He always has great recommendations on places to visit and genuinely makes guests feel welcome. There were a couple of issues this time that made my stay slightly disappointing. Our room key cards stopped working a few times during the stay. The staff resolved the issue quickly each time, but it was still inconvenient having to head back to the front desk after a long day out. The biggest issue we had was with room service, when I ordered tea and found a fly in it. While the staff eventually waived the charges for the entire meal, the service recovery could have been handled much better. The following day, I developed food poisoning and was violently ill for the next week. While I can’t say for certain it was related, the timing after the fly incident left me slightly concerned about the food hygiene standards. I hope these were isolated incidents, as I’ve generally had very positive stays here and would still consider returning the next time I’m in India.

Fantabulous staffs, I love the hotel and all the environment beside us. The hallway gave an access to view the natural light of the weather. The pool view was phenomenal. We shared the same hotel with PKL players we had fun waving to each other at the lobby. Top notch!

It was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

The room decor was old and dilapidated, with peeling paint on the walls. The flush button for the wall-mounted toilet fell off when pressed, which was quite startling. The bathroom mirror light flickered like something out of a horror movie. The front desk staff lacked basic courtesy; guests had to initiate greetings even when standing right in front of them! I've stayed at Hyatt hotels in multiple countries before, and I've never encountered such a terrible experience. This was an extremely bad stay!

Pretty central location. Great hospitality from the staff at the entrance, reception, guest services and housekeeping. We had a comfortable stay, thanks to the surprise room upgrade (Thanks to Anamika) and the comfortable bed and clean facilities in the room. The breakfast was also large and very varied, maybe some structure around seating the guests and taking the eggs order will help improve the experience. Overall, will definitely recommend for travellers looking for a central and comfortable place to stay.

Very clean, hygienic and wonderful. Very nice staff and helpful. Good food.

The room was full of musty smells and i had to ask them to change my room. After checking few rooms i found one room with less musty smell. Everyday when i came back after my outside meeting my hotel door card didnt work and i had to go to the front desk to fix the issue
