We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coro***del. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable.
Special thanks to:
Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need.
The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge.
The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed.
The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food.
The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless.
The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags.
The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room.

it is a nice hotel however the rooms are very small. there is not much to complain about the hotel. I had a pleasent stay.

I stayed here once a few years before the epidemic, and this time I stayed at the executive floor for 2 nights, and it feels very good! Except that the location is not as close to the shopping mall as the other two Tajs, it is indeed luxurious and comfortable, and its reputation is well-deserved. In addition to welcome fruits and chocolates, a special surprise is the foot bath service provided in the evening. Will choose this hotel again in the future!

Taj coro***del stayed true to their ethos of hospitality and commitment to service. Any ask if any staff was delivered with a smile and outstanding courtesy.
Chef Dayalan made our breakfasts@Taj memorable - wonderful host, delicious food and such a simple / humble and courteous gentle***
Also Suresh @ the coffeeshop is a delightful young *** with clear growth potential . No idea how he remembers everyone’s idiosyncratic asks , but our family looked for him every day … we didn’t need to repeat our individual quirky asks as long as we stayed ! Between him and Chef Dayalan , they hold the Breakfast place together.
I would choose to come back to Taj for the great location ( although a much older property than others and shows her age), and for the hospitality every time.
