The facility was large but not busy. Not sure if this has any to do with my poor experience but the air conditioning was not individually controlled despite having a thermostat. The front desk said it was controlled by the hotel not individual room. They offered a fan. The room was always 78F degrees or about 26C degrees. The 2nd night, the room smelled weird. Asked for an air purifier. They didn’t have it, so they offered me a moldy humidifier instead. I asked for more bath towels and they gave me 2 floor mat towels. Finally, the water pressure is incredibly strong. To a point where the shower water actually stung and the plastic curtain kept flying on to me. The overall, not what I expected out of a 4 star hotel.

Stayed one night in this hotel. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The room is clean as expected. Will come back again.

The Grand Plaza is a nice place to stay. Rooms are large and very clean. Great water pressure! Staff is polite and very attentive. In house breakfast has a great variety of both Asian and Western foods. Hotel restaurants are good, but not very busy due to the overabundance of local restaurants that surround the hotel, most of which have menus with English on them. You can get a great Korean mean for less than $10 within a block of the Grand Plaza in any direction.

굿굿 좀 오래된느낌이긴하지만 너무좋아요 방도 좋은방으로 해주셔서 여기서 프로포즈했어요 가격도 저렴하고 깨끗하규 좋네요

근처에 놀데가 많아서 좋아요 가구같은건 조금 노후화 되긴했는데 깔끔해요

외관은 근사하나 내부 시설은 투자를 전혀 안하는듯 해요 룸 들어가자 쾌쾌한 냄새에 에어컨은 제대로 청소하는지 의심스럽고 화장실 환기 시설은 없고 더운 여름에 문열어놓고 잤습니다 솔직히 다시 방문하고 싶지 않아요

샤워기 헤드가 부식되어 샤워기 도중 턱 주변 상처가 났다. 전화를 했더니 샤워기 교체해 주겠다고 ... 교체 후 아무런 사과도 없어 전화를 했더니 교체해 드리지 않냐고 ..ㅡ 몇번 통화 후 병원 치료비 와 조식을 쥰다고하였다 물론 둘다 거절했음 . 우리는관리를 안하는 것과 다쳤을때 바로 사과를 안 하는 호틸 측 태도가에 화가난것임

기본적으로 청소 상태가 엉망입니다.
배수로 머리카락 청소 안하나봐요
욕조에서 샤워하는데 물이 잘 안내려가요
마리카락이 한덩어리 나오네요
이래놓고 5성 호텔이라구요???
그리고 지금 코로나라고
1층 베이커리, 수영장, 목욕탕, 스카이 라운지
하나도 운영 안합니다.
아니 그러면 사전에 공지를 해줬어야죠
어디에서 그런 안내가 없습니다.
이건 트립닷컴도 문제에요. 고지를 해줬어야죠
그냥 방에서 잠만 잘거면 모텔 가지 호텔까지 안오죠
방에서만 놀거면 요즘은 모텔이 더 나아요
번화가에 위치했단거 외엔 장점이 하나도 없습니다.
다신 안올거구요. 누가 간다하면 말리겠습니다.
