Service: The hotel's service and cleanliness were absolutely impeccable! The staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. They were thoughtful and meticulous throughout our stay. The room was spotless, with clean and odor-free bedding and bathrooms. Even the corners were well-kept. The cleanliness was above average, and the hotel's location was excellent. You could try all sorts of Malaysian delicacies within a 5-minute walk. The hotel rates were also very reasonable. Thumbs up!

I visited during Christmas, and the hotel decorations were beautiful. There was plenty of parking, and lots of great food nearby, especially Hanam Korean BBQ, which was delicious. The price was also very affordable.

Good hotel within driving distance to Cheras city centre. Watson and Family Mart can walk.

A good place for short trips, but cannot expect more for the views, amenities, and services given the prices. The hotel is facing old flats/apartments. Other than that it’s value for money for there are many convenience shops around.

Booked this place because it's close to the venue. It was just okay. The room was tiny, and the front desk staff didn't speak Chinese. They asked me to pay a tax, even though Ctrip had already charged it, and insisted it had to be in cash. I didn't have any cash, but they still let me check in without paying it in the end. NO PARKING FREE. Please take note. The hotel told me it is referring to "Parking Fees" not "Parking Free". Is this a joke? Please correct the advertisement. You can see the parking zone is public area and fees apply.
The towel is smelly and not clean. The bath soap and shampoo are for commonly used purpose. Central aircon which you can't keep the temp you need as you like.
The only area give me a good impression is the lift which is nice and quiet.
