The hotel has a very good location. It is quite an old building with a very hospitable owner. The room was tidy and clean but rather small for three people.

Very Pleasant Stay The lovely lady that checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. A continental breakfast was offered to us. The hotel and our room was very clean. It was an older hotel, but well cared for. I would definitely stay here again.

Run by a very kind, helpful lady and her cat, I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cherbourg. Great views from the top floor rooms. Everything clean and tidy and the tariff was very reasonable.

Summer stay The two things that would make us hesitate to stay here again are the traffic and squeaky floor noises. The blinds shut out some, but not all, traffic noise. The road is the sea front major route through Chetbourg . When you walk across the floor it really .squeeks and comes from your and others rooms. Bad news if others go to bed or get up earlier than you, and if anyone gets up in the night for the loo. Shame because the room size and breakfast was amazing but I need a good and full night's sleep.
