Environment/Location: The hotel offers stunning scenic views, including direct access to the Seven Sisters waterfalls and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. Its hillside location provides panoramic vistas of misty valleys and rolling hills, making it ideal for relaxation and nature immersion.

The only reason we selected this hotel was because it offered a direct view of the Seven Sisters. Our room type was the 'The Waterfall Deck' but sadly due to very less rains this year, there was hardly any water in the falls and it was a let down. Imagine visiting the wettest place on Earth only to be told that it was not the case in 2025. The room had some dried patches on the wall probably from some old seepage, the main door wouldn't lock, broken TV cabinet, the key card kept getting deactivated twice or thrice a day (had to get spare ones from the reception every time), the indoor recreation area was too cramped, dark and the balcony sofas were dirty. The buffet spread was decent but the staff kept forgetting to serve items on the table from the live counters. We had to go and finally pick up our orders. The outdoor area of the restaurant was not cleaned regularly and there were food droppings below the tables. But the biggest nuisance was that we had to go all the way from the restaurant to the main lobby and use the toilets for washing our hands. There was no hand wash in the restaurant itself. They also dont have a policy of serving drinks by the poolside. The staff were courteous but quite indifferent to my feedback. However, I did thoroughly enjoy the bathtub in the balcony :) Another thing that surprised me positively is that they provide accommodation and food for drivers for a nominal fee of INR. 200/- per day. Wouldn't recommend this place as I feel its not worth the money.

The experience was excellent the view point is very good and the service and food was excellent I love this place I am happy to stay with polo orchid cherrapunji and very friendly nature all staff with name of rohit ,subo, somnath and Amanda doing a great serves to us
