It is a very well set up accommodation that delivers a unique experience for any Disney fan. Unfortunately in the T&Cs the parks opening hours can be shortened without notice for private functions which is a shame when you've booked a long way in advance. Overall, a good experience and has been nicely renovated but compared to many other five star accommodations doesn't offer great value for money.

Very great ambience and good discounts with merchandise

Room was not ready before 6.30PM while it was announced 3.00PM. We had to wait in the lobby. No compensation was ever offered. We couldn’t enjoy any of the hotel amenities after 11AM on checkout day. Felt like we were kicked out from the hotel. The gift shop was sold out on all items we wanted to buy. Not a 5 stars hôtel in any possible way.

Great stay , great area

The hotel was nice

・The service and location are worthy of a Disney hotel. It's expensive, but I recommend staying there at least once. ・It's very close to the Disney parks. You can enter early with a Magic Pass. ・There was a water dispenser outside the room. ・The housekeeping came during dinner time, and tea was provided. ・No loungewear provided ・Bathrobes provided ・Toilet seats provided ・Hair dryers provided ・Air conditioning worked well ・Stable water pressure ・Stylish body cream was available as an amenity. ・If you stay here, be sure to make a reservation for dinner at a restaurant like Lumiere. ・There is a shop inside the hotel that sells the same merchandise as in the parks. ・I couldn't find anywhere to buy drinks inside the hotel. You may need to go back to the station to buy cheap mineral water, but you'll have to go through security, which is a hassle.

The hotel's decor and theme are very Disney-inspired, making it feel like being transported to a fairytale world. Our children especially loved it. The breakfast at Disneyland Paris was very rich, with a wide variety of options that met all our needs. The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive, including a swimming pool and a gym, allowing us to relax and unwind after enjoying the Disneyland theme parks. "Disneyland Paris is truly a Disney fan's paradise. From the room decor to the hotel's activities, everything is filled with Disney elements." "We had a very pleasant stay at Disneyland Paris. We were very satisfied with both the hotel's service and facilities."

The seat is good, but it is inconvenient to take an uber to check out, and the seat cannot be entered. The breakfast is too expensive and the quality is too poor. The room is closer in the east wing. There is a heated swimming pool. A few bottles of drinks are free in the refrigerator, which is good. You can enter the park early at 8:30. If you plan which attractions are more popular, you can save time. The frozen show must be booked in advance, otherwise you will miss it.

It's really expensive, but it's also really good. There's a security check when you enter the hotel, so you can go directly to the first gate of the park. The park is right outside the door. It's so cool.

The room facilities and details are far better than those of Shanghai Disneyland Hotel. Very princess-like. The children in the children's park had a lot of fun. The front desk service was also very good. The hotel's park tickets are much more expensive than those on the Disney app.

The service at Disneyland Paris Hotel is very good, the rooms are clean, most of the staff have a good service attitude, it is very close to Disneyland, and there are some interactive performances in the lobby from time to time.

The service is very good. All the staff are very enthusiastic. It is very convenient to enter the park.

If you do something like me (digital creator) you have to expect that the staff will come to you often! Otherwise a very nice hotel ＜3

First-class in all aspects. I was supposed to check in at 3pm, but I said I was tired after just arriving, so the front desk arranged it immediately.
