Beds were made nicely with clean sheets, didn’t have an issue with anything, bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned up more.

I got there on Friday and they couldn't find my reservation after i showed them my confirmation number everything which took about 15-25 mins. My wife was using the treadmill in the fitness area and it just stopped out of nowhere and could of hurt herself. When we went to the front desk, they didn't seen concern about it and told us that she will leave the facilities people know and didn't put a out of order on the equipment either. Also, did know that VSU students were staying in the hotel which they were loud at points of the night. NOT A GOOD STAY.

Our room had the smell of mold. The carpet in the corner by the bathroom was damp.

The lady who checked us in was awesome. Everything after was pretty bad. Rooms, halls everything smell almost like pee. Carpets dirty, closet doors missing, iron disquieting. Pillows are like half pillows.
Toilet so low you like sitting on floor. Shampoo lotion Cond all had been used were about half full. No coffee in room but a coffee maker. And breakfast coffee so gross

This hotel was great! My only complaint was the drapes weren’t blackout drapes and the halogen light in front of the building stayed on all night lighting up our room. I need darkness to sleep. But otherwise it was a well run hotel with a fantastic breakfast bar.

There was a strange odor in the hallways and room. I am guessing it is a scented powder used to clean the carpets. It is not a pleasant smell.
The breakfast was just ok.
The shower faucet was falling apart.

During my stay i had bed bugs in my bed. I felt something on me. Looked and it was a bed bug on my arm! We called the front desk to report what was going on. He hung up the phone on me and my daughter when we was informing him about the bed bugs. After call customer relations. He changed my room. To 3 rooms down. And that was all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms, linens and towels very clean. The room always had a pleasant smell when you enter them. Only there for couple days, but was a good stay. Thank you.

Prices were better than surrounding hotels. Front desk was accommodating when a situation arose with my check in. Friendly and convenient.
