Very nice hotel, the room was clean but the curtains needed to be replaced. They were torn and soiled from the heating vents. The bottom of the curtains hung just above the heating vents and collected dirt from the vents. Maybe the vents needed cleaning as well. Overall it was a nice stay. The breakfast was delicious!

Our stay was decent, the front desk was helpful and room service was respectful and they got me extra towels when I ask for some pretty quickly. The bed was comfy. However, the hotel is old and needs a lot of maintenance and updates the pool was extremely dirty and it smelled bad so sadly we didn’t even bother to go in. And the carpet is old and smells like cigarette smoke. The walls, curtains, and doors were stained. And the towels and bed sheets look pretty old. But overall for the price I payed it was decent for one night.

Didn't get to enjoy the pool. It didn't look very clean inside the area around the pool, the color of the water wasn't as clean either. The housekeeping services continuously knocked on our door, even after we renewed our stay for a second night, asking what time we were leaving as we were overstaying. That was annoying.

The biggest problems I had was there was no bottled water. I don't mind paying for the water but we had to walk over to a 7-eleven in an area that didn't look safe in the middle of the night.
Also, another is there was no plug to take bathes.

Room's heat/air didn’t work at all. No mugs to make coffee/tea were provided. Curtains were torn/ripped like wolverine had gotten to them. Walls paper thin, heard coughing from next room and every footfall from above. Hairs on sheets when covers pulled back. TP and tissues were rough. Bed was very comfortable.

The property was fine our room was double booked the first night of our stay and we had to stay in a different room than we reserved which is a big deal when you have a wheel chair bound person
I booked in October early to make sure we could have a roll in shower but somehow it was occupied and then we had to change rooms the next day not happy about this at all

The first room we were given was dirty with something unidentifiable on the walls, tub was dirty, the smoke alarm was missing from the wall. We were moved to a second room which was not much better. Above us there was there was loud music and stomping going all night. I complained and it was quieted for a brief time, then continued. We got no sleep. Would never stay there again, others too.

With so much travel, many hotels are showing wear and tear that in the past would be quickly touched up or renovated. This hotel is cared for and good for spending the night. I found my room to be good. Clean, basic, updated, comfortably cool. Efficient and polite front desk. Clean lobby. Energy efficient light bulbs give off a cold light in the lobby and room, but I appreciate the effort to be green.
