Suburban Studios Chester

The property was in horrible condition, to be a hotel located in the heart of Chester this condition of this hotel was absolutely disgusting . The first room we got, there was dog feces in the room, mold in the shower, the ac/heater sounded like a rocket was taking off every time it turned on, there were burn holes in the comforter, the kitchenette stove eyes were glass and broken.We complained and were then moved to another room, which was infested with roaches and had MOLD in the bathroom and the fridge had mold in the seals. We were then moved to a 3rd room, we didn't even get far enough in the room to turn the lights on because the smell of urine was overwhelming as soon as you open the door. We were then moved to a 4th room with roaches, burn holes in the comforter, no batteries in the tv remote and you guessed it MOLD in the shower again. I requested a refund at this point, where the front desk attendant stated he cannot refund the stay unless it is within 50 minutes of booking. The rooms and building are outdated and disgusting, however they are remodeling the lobby. People hanging around the entrances and exits all hours of the day and night. Quickly found out that this is where Chesterfield County houses drug-*******. Save yourself the headache and discomfort DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!! I have been to some crappy hotels, but this one right here....I would not waste your money booking here, I have yet to receive a refund for this awful experience from ******* or the hotel

The hotel was disgusting. The room was infested with cockroaches, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were people screaming at all hours of the night, and the amenities were old and run down. It was cleaner sleeping on the floor during my deployment to Afghanistan.

I checked in and got to my room and turned on the light and roaches scattering everywhere. Very dirty inside and out . It looks like a homeless shelter. Don’t ever go here.

This place was nasty and it had a odor my sheets were filthy and I need a refund please take them off of your website

I don’t know how to explain this place but this place needs to be condemned and or set on fire. I got checked in and got in my room noticed there was a big ol hole in the door where u can see straight into my room and the door wouldn’t even lock and u didn’t even need the keycard to get in you could just open the door and walk right in totally unsafe. Then there was mold under the kitchen part of the room the microwave was broken and the fridge looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time with draws missing and the smoke alarm was taken down and hidden in the cabinet. The stove was broken and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Mold in the bathroom and the shower curtain was horrible and hanging on by only 2 hooks. There was writing on the hallway walls and trash everywhere the door to the second floor didn’t even have a handle. They gave me three different rooms to look at and one wasn’t even cleaned by the housekeepers the second one seemed like someone was still in the room the door wouldn’t even open and the third room had black mold on the walls and had a horrible smell. We didn’t even stay there the night it was so bad I did ask for a refund and they were more than willing to give me one. RUN AS FAST AS U CAN FROM THIS PLACE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY there are way better 2/3 star hotels than this one not ok especially if u have kids not a safe place to stay.

The stay was okay. I enjoyed the game room inside the hotel. I did not enjoy having to get my room changed out numerous amounts of times because the room keys did not work for my room. The rooms and hotel has a roach problem. My room however, was ok. But saw some roaches I had to keep killing. The television did not have clear service. I think the room need some major repairs to them. So I rate the room okay all together!

There was no carpet in room floor was dirty my feet was dirty..room had old furniture and no stoppers in sink or tub it gad drown stains on it i did not want to take a shower there

The worst, as soon as I walked into my room I left and lost a whole night worth. The hallways are king and light is so dim is scary. The smell wasn’t so great literally smelling like smoke and must. This hotel is best for Truckers and homeless people. Overall forget it, don’t even waste your time and money.

This property was unsafe. I actually stayed 2 minutes enough to have a man make sexual advabces in front of my children and to see the bathroom which had black mold going up the walls. The floors were covered in dust balls and no towels. It was ininhabituable. It smelled too. I left immediately and found another hotel. The man refused to give my money back and said dxpedia needed to handke it. Exoedia did nothing to handke it. This property should be shut down and reported. It is not safe and i wouldnt have a rodent living there. Talk about swallor. So disappointed in ******* for not taking customers safety as top priority. 😕
