ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NON-SMOKING AND IT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, COULD NOT SLEEP DUE TO THE STINKINNNES. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY TOWELS HAD HAIRS

Bathroom had roches. Bathtub not clean. Breakfast was included but they didn’t have one, only coffee and available only after 7am.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a box of loose nuts and bolts being rattled when turned on, the bathroom sink handle was incorrectly installed, and cold water to brush your teeth was an arctic expedition, yet alone turning it off/on, no constant water temperature could be maintained in the tub/shower, when showering, and toilet was crooked, askewed toward the bathroom door

The first room smelled like feet, the air was not on. It’s was 97 degrees so the air would have been nice. I was moved to a second room it was warmer and never really cooled down.
No tissues, the toilet seat almost fell off and the lid to the tank was not sit that toilet.

Was not told about extra fees and had to pay almost 60 more in fees after arriving plus the extra bathroom was not clean and the air conditioning was nasty dirty. No wash cloths and when I tried to leave the manager said no refunds

I was told at the sign in that there was no breakfast. when we booked site said breakfast included woman answered me rudely that their website was never updated. blamed covid that they haven't offered breakfast in years i'd like to be refunded the $40.00 we spent for breakfast. Bathroom was not clean.

I booked this hotel mainly because I was familiar with their name and they had a continental breakfast. When I got there, there's a sign saying no longer having breakfast. I booked this on ********** and expected it to be current information. When I walked into the room, it was like I was back in the 1960s. The room was stuffy and hot and just really looked like it was the same as it had been in the 1960s.
