Hilton, it's unbelievable to see hotel AC vent has such thick moldings visible, not to mention invisible molding inside your AC system. I lived here many times and used to give 5 star ratings. I had not been here for one year. The bed is clean. But the molding is against the law. Law enforcement should pay attention and enforce the law if hotel doesn't.

Booked the hotel accidentally and was unable to receive any communication regarding a refund. So I’m going to say customer service is an issue. May be a great place to stay though.

The room was very clean and the air was fresh. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic and had a great time chatting. Breakfast was until 9:30 and the selection was quite rich compared to other hotels. You can also pick up white wine and red wine by yourself in the hotel lobby.
