Check in is easy, front desk only says two sentences to you. No elevator so get ready to carry everything. I'm pregnant and this was very hard for me. Rooms aren't cleaned correctly, if at all. My bed had rust stains, blood stains and who knows what else I found. Bathroom was cleaned at? But not clean. It was not a comfortable experience

The check in staff was friendly and gave us a choice of floors since there wasn’t an elevator. However, the bathroom is in need of repair. The toilet was not secured to the floor it rocks when being used. The tub/shower needs caulking. Housekeeping knocked on our door prior to check out even though we only stayed one night. They should know who’s already checked out or not.

Our room was clean and smelled SOOOO good. When my hubby and I went to sleep we slept all night! I haven't slept 8 straight hours in forever!

Five stars for the great staff! I wish there handnt been mold in the tub grout. One minor annoyance that I didn’t bring up since I was there for a short time is that when the fan isn’t set to continuous, it squeals when it shuts off and sounds like someone coming in a door. Just FYI—I think the water temp is way too hot. Someone could get burned!

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive, but we had traveled from California to attend a wedding and between the airfare, car rental, and all the wedding-related expenses, costs were really mounting up. We needed a budget-friendly accommodation, so I went ahead and booked. From everything I observed, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Our room was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping even came in and turned the room over for us while we were out, and I've noticed that not many places do that anymore unless you specifically request it. I'd read reviews complaining that there were no hot options at breakfast, but that was not our experience. There were hot options such as eggs, sausage, and waffle maker, available every morning of our 3-day stay, as well as cereal, yogurt, and toast/muffins. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is decent; not in the town center, but still just a few minutes' drive to the main attractions. There's a shopping center across the street with a grocery store, and a Bob Evans on the corner. If I'm ever back in Holland looking for a budget-friendly accommodation, I'd stay again.

An average motel for a reasonable price in a convenient location. Breakfast choices were good. Overall it was clean, except for some bits of food on the refrigerator shelf and ice bucket.

Everything was good. All of the staff were friendly especially the breakfast host.
